You might not believe it when you meet him, but Bill has impeccable taste (hence his wife, Kelly - the other half of Fortitude.) He has a way of envisioning your finished project before the job even begins. Bill makes sure that the work done in your home is the same high quality we’d insist on in ours. Most importantly, he will earn your trust, because (as we all know) you'll never feel comfortable having someone remodel your home unless you trust them.

In life and business, we all can’t be great at everything. There is a balance to every home. That's why Bill and Kelly pride themselves on their teamwork. While Bill has over twenty years of experience in the construction industry, paperwork is not his specialty. Luckily, Kelly, (a proud, U.S. Navy Veteran,) has fifteen years of customer service and office experience. So when you call us, you can expect a friendly, skilled voice to answer all of your questions and address any of your concerns. And, unlike many contractors nowadays, Bill answers his phone. That's integrity.

We truly are a family-owned and operated business. When your project begins, you will also meet Cora, our daughter, who is a project manager. She assists our team with making sure they have all the materials needed to complete your project so that they all stay on schedule, as promised. She assists with schedules and keeping everyone on track. Our son, Taylor, is an electrician. Taylor is in charge of any and all electrical matters involved. Along with Cora and Taylor, you will meet Uncle Rich, our master tile installer.   Who says you can't work with family?! Holiday dinners sure are interesting! We truly believe this is what separates us from the rest, in that no one cares more about the satisfaction of our customers and the quality of our work than family.

Improving your home is an exhilarating experience, but sometimes people aren't prepared for the work involved. When Bill leaves your initial meeting, you'll be excited about your upcoming renovation. Then he comes in with the demolition crew and a dumpster. Suddenly there’s stuff everywhere, exposed walls, lots of dust... it can be a stressful time. If you ever have concerns, feel free to give Kelly a call for a heads-up on your job. Communication is key to us.
